These terms govern access to the Best CEO platform, including website analysis, reporting, automation features, and third-party integrations. They are published publicly for customer transparency and OAuth consent review.

Use of the service
Best CEO provides marketing analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and connected integrations for business use. By using the platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and only for data and websites you are authorized to analyze or manage.
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account, for protecting your credentials, and for ensuring that any connected third-party system is connected with proper authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not use Best CEO to violate law, abuse third-party services, scrape or process data you are not entitled to access, interfere with platform stability, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, or billing limits.
We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, fraud, non-payment, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.
Integrations and third-party services
Some features rely on third-party providers such as Google, Slack, GitHub, Stripe, hosting infrastructure, and authentication services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
Best CEO is not responsible for outages, API changes, permission restrictions, or policy decisions made by third-party providers. Integration behavior can change when those providers change their products or access rules.
Subscriptions, billing, and changes
Paid features may require an active subscription. Fees, limits, and included features may change over time, and continued use of the paid service after an update means you accept the updated commercial terms in effect at that time.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension, feature restriction, or downgrade. We may also modify or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
Intellectual property and feedback
The Best CEO platform, software, branding, and product materials remain the property of Best CEO and its licensors. You retain rights to the websites, inputs, and business information you submit to the platform.
If you send feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, we may use them to improve the product without additional obligation to you.
